The Agustin Hernandez Law Firm will officially reopen its doors to the public starting August 15, 2020. We are currently offering only previously-approved in-person meetings for prospects and clients.
While we remain under emergency orders in Hidalgo County, our office will observe the Minimum Standard Health Protocols provided by Texas’ Department of State Health Services for Employers and Employees. This includes:
- Only 1 client/prospect allowed in the office at a time
- Social distancing measures (6 ft or more apart)
- Wearing personal protective equipment when inside the office building at all times (Face masks are mandatory, gloves are encouraged but optional)
- Sanitary station with hand sanitizer and wipes in the lobby
- No access to bathrooms
- Procedure to clean office space after each visitor leaves the office
In limited instances, our office can handle matters from start to finish without ever making direct contact with clients, court staff and others. So if you are interested in virtual-only services, our office is outfitted with the proper technology to make this happen.
Some of these services include, but are not limited to:
- Electronic form-filling and submission
- Electronic signatures for some important documents
- Client access to portal providing important information about their matters including client contact information, notes, court dates and times, invoices, and access to documents
- Virtual meetings via FaceTime (Apple users) and Zoom (Android or Apple users)
- Electronic payment processing
Please call our office if you are interested in legal services in the areas of Family Law or Personal Injury at (956) 255-5555.
